Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the housekeeping operations at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – Red Sea. This role assists in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction across the resort.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations of rooms, public areas, and laundry
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas
  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping team members
  • Assist in scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in controlling costs
  • Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or in a similar supervisory role
  • Resort experience is preferred
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
