An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! We are searching for an experienced housekeeping professional who has strong communication & conflict resolution skills and ability to work independently. This role will see you assist the Executive Housekeeper in providing the hotel with clean, well-maintained accommodation that meets company standards through professional, timely and quality services, ensure that business plans and budget requirements are met in accordance with specified time frames and standards advised by senior management.
Job Responsibility:
Provide effective staff management to ensure daily operational requirements and financial budgets are met through effective allocations of work for staff
Maintain daily cost control ensuring costs are minimised and profit generation is maximised by achieving good productivity
Oversee the setting of projects as directed by the Executive Housekeeper, to room attendants and supervisors
Manage the department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper
