Job Responsibility:
Assist our Housekeeping team in implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence
Assist with maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high-quality benchmarks, inspecting all rooms, and assisting with all general housekeeping duties as and when required
Lead, Train, and Motivate: Build a cohesive, high-performing team
Requirements:
Proven track record of 3+ years in the hotel or hospitality industry, with prior experience in housekeeping
Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to self-organize
Proficiency in team management, guiding and inspiring your colleagues
