Concord Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support and oversee the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. This role collaborates with the Front Desk and Maintenance Departments and requires a hands-on leader who can train, coach, and inspire the team while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibility
Assist in leading housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to achieve departmental goals
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable while supporting their professional development
Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience
Monitor supplies, inventory, and departmental efficiency, implementing improvements as needed
Uphold property, brand, and regulatory standards in all operations
Requirements
Leadership experience in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication skills with guests, managers, and team members
Hands-on, proactive leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate a team
