Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications

Job Responsibility

Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
Supervise room attendants, public area attendants, housepersons, and laundry personnel
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, public areas, and service areas
Monitor room readiness and coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering teams
Train, coach, and develop housekeeping staff to maintain luxury hospitality standards
Assist with scheduling, payroll review, attendance monitoring, and labor cost control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Handle guest requests, complaints, and service recovery situations professionally and efficiently
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering housekeeping supplies and equipment
Support departmental projects, audits, and quality assurance initiatives
