We are looking for a Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our team in London.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the effective day-to-day management of a high-volume hospitality operation across 42 meeting rooms, 4 event spaces, breakfast service, lunch offer, and evening events
  • Lead a team of approximately 15, maintaining high operational and service standards
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and allergen procedures
  • Be hands-on, highly organised, and visible in the operation
  • Support the wider management team in delivering a consistent, professional, and efficient service

Requirements

  • Experience in a hospitality supervisory or assistant management role
  • Experience managing high-volume service and events
  • Strong team leadership and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen control
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to operational needs, including evenings where required
