Job Description:

Assistant Headteacher role to play a key role in the strategic and day-to-day leadership of our school. An exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success and development of our community, ensuring the smooth and effective management of routines, systems and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Champion the School’s vision and values
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of the school’s aims and priorities
  • Lead and manage staff and resources effectively to maximise impact
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on school performance and pupil outcomes
  • Deputise for the Headteacher when required
  • Ensure the highest standards of pupil welfare and safeguarding at all times
  • Support cross-hub working

Requirements:

  • Experience across Key Stages 1 and 2
