Job Responsibility:
Champion the School’s vision and values
Collaborate on the development and implementation of the school’s aims and priorities
Lead and manage staff and resources effectively to maximise impact
Monitor, evaluate and report on school performance and pupil outcomes
Deputise for the Headteacher when required
Ensure the highest standards of pupil welfare and safeguarding at all times
Support cross-hub working
Requirements:
Experience across Key Stages 1 and 2
Proven ability to motivate and support colleagues
Commitment to continuous school improvement
Willingness to contribute across multiple schools where required
