Job Responsibility

Ensure visibility within the nursery and that all rooms are successfully run
Ensure ratio and internal regulations are met
Assist in completing office-based duties and meeting deadlines
Take ownership of day-to-day running in manager's absence
Keep up to date with industry news and legislation
Audit children's Nursery In A Box profiles
Ensure excellent outcomes in internal and external audits
Embrace and implement the Cherubs Nurseries vision
Maintain open communication with Senior Management Team
Mentor team and demonstrate best practice

Job Responsibility

Ensure all rooms are successfully run and operating to Cherubs Nurseries guidelines
Ensure ratio and internal regulations are met at all times, considering statutory or welfare requirements
Assist in completing all office-based duties, ensuring deadlines are met and targets achieved against the management calendar
In the absence of the Nursery Manager, take ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery
Keep up to date with all industry news, legislation and policy changes and relay this back to the team
Audit children’s Nursery In A Box profiles ensuring they provide accurate, detailed and reflective accounts of the child’s current development needs
Ensure staff are providing developmentally appropriate challenging next steps
Ensure the nursery receives excellent (outstanding) outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted
Embrace and implement the Cherubs Nurseries vision, values and brand promises
