We are looking for a passionate Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our wonderful team at London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch. At the heart of every memorable stay is a clean, comfortable and well-maintained environment. As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you’ll support in leading the housekeeping team to ensure every guest room and public area meets the highest standards. From overseeing daily operations to inspiring your team, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests. Thanks to your leadership and attention to detail, our guests will feel cared for, relaxed, and eager to return.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations of the department
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-presented, and brand compliant
  • Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and cleanliness standards
  • Assist with team scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any concerns professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient use of housekeeping supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standard

Requirements:

  • Completion of safety training and certification prior to employment
