Job Responsibility

Assist with general duties in the club & ensure the smooth running of the department
Maintain the highest cleanliness standards in & around the club to ensure member satisfaction
Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are always met for the safety of members and staff
Maximise sales opportunities wherever possible
Supply the highest levels of customer care & service
Provide gym inductions to new & existing members (if qualified)
Attend any departmental and training meetings as required
Be dressed in a smart and professional manner
Undertake any other reasonable duty as requested by a member of the Management team
Comply with all health and safety legislation

Proven and successful track record of management experience within a leisure related industry
Passionate about customer service
Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor
Proven track record in driving sales and co-ordinating local marketing activity
Proven track record in recruiting and managing a successful team
Ideally experience as an Assistant Manager overseeing all business areas within a leisure facility or substantial experience as a Fitness Manager or other similar operational function

Job Responsibility

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety checks, report and chase all defects to ensure the building and equipment is safe to use

Drive and maximise secondary spending revenue
