Requirements:

  • Help manage day-to-day operations of the grocery areas
  • Participate in hiring and training new staff
  • Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure all grocery areas and displays are clean and tidy
  • Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
  • Assist customers with shopping needs
  • Maintain product knowledge and memorize the location of items within the supermarket to answer inquiries
  • Ensure all products are sufficiently stocked and displayed according to expiration dates
