Job Responsibility

  • Setting out for different trades in construction
  • Ability to understand and complete survey capture and control works
  • Prepare and analyse data for set-out
  • Utilise modern survey methods and survey devices such as Total Stations, GNSS, UAV, HDS, imaging tools, GPS, Data Collectors
  • Record surveying information accurately and consistently on site to the agreed specification and scope
  • Perform detailed field and office surveying work
  • Utilisation of post processing software such as AutoCAD, StarNet and BRICSCAD
  • Any other duties as required by the business

Requirements

  • Have relevant qualifications (Surveying, Geomatics or Engineering) and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Fundamental knowledge of the principles and practices of surveying and geospatial engineering, especially control networks
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively
  • Understand scopes of work and project requirements
  • Have strong knowledge of current CAD technology
  • Experience working in infrastructure and construction
  • Possess a full clean UK/ International Drivers’ licence
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide as required by our clients
  • Possess a CSCS card or be prepared to start the process
  • The right to work in the UK

Nice to have

  • Experience with HD Laser Scanning technology and software
