Job Responsibility
Partner closely with the General Manager to guide daily hotel operations while ensuring associates feel supported, informed, and equipped to succeed
Champion associate engagement, helping team members feel connected to their work, recognized for their contributions, and confident in their roles
Prioritize training and development, offering coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities that help associates build long-term careers within White Lodging
Build strong relationships with associates, fostering trust, open communication, and a workplace culture rooted in respect and belonging
Support retention and internal mobility, helping team members identify career paths and preparing them for future leadership roles
Approach challenges with a growth mindset, modeling curiosity, learning, and adaptability as you prepare for your own future as a General Manager
Requirements
Leadership experience in Food & Beverage or Rooms Division operations, with a history of supporting and developing teams
A proven ability to mentor, coach, and uplift associates — helping them grow into confident, capable hospitality professionals
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, paired with a people-first leadership style that builds trust and collaboration
A genuine desire to grow your hospitality career and contribute to a culture where associates feel valued and supported
