Job Responsibility:
Effectively leading and managing clinical, wellbeing and lifestyle staff of the residential community
Achieving the operational targets and care deliverable across clinical, financial, compliance, resident service, resident lifestyle & wellbeing, and workplace culture

Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and commitment to maintaining professional development requirements for ongoing registration
Demonstrated leadership, operational and clinical management of a residential care home leading innovative resident lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives
Extensive nursing experience at a senior level including responsibility for supervising staff and providing clinical oversight
Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, blending clinical care with resident lifestyle and wellbeing
Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills including facilitation of sensitive conversations with staff, residents and family members
Demonstrated knowledge of change management, quality improvement, customer service principles and staff education principles
Demonstrated experience in ensuring appropriate systems and processes are in place to assess residents and maximise revenue
Demonstrated experience in quality management, accreditation and systems compliance, preferably in a leadership role
