Assistant General Manager

• Help lead hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting the General Manager in driving team performance and operational excellence
• Oversee daily staff operations
• Manage budgets and guest satisfaction
• Play a hands-on role in the hotel’s success
• Be the vital support for our hotel's General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee various departments
• Assist with budget management
• Resolve guest issues
• Report to the General Manager

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence
• A college degree or at least 2 years of hotel experience
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
• A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered
