Job Responsibility:
Ensuring the success of our swim lessons by managing and motivating a successful team, coordinating and reviewing class schedules and ensuring you have a school that’s set up for success at every lesson
You’ll guide new team members and families through their first days at Goldfish and be there to support them as they progress in our program and in life
Oversees the quality and success of Goldfish Swim School daily operations including staffing, pool operations, cash management, customer service, retail and vending department, private party operations and workplace employee activities.

Build a team who provides the same quality work as you and doing quality work yourself by cross-training in multiple roles, substituting when necessary and representing Goldfish Swim School’s core values
Do the right things, making the right decisions and treating people with integrity, compassion and trust
Create a workplace that provides fundamental job and life skills for those looking to expand their careers
Direct and control daily operations to ensure the school is running according to Goldfish Swim School’s standard operating procedures
Provide sales and marketing training to staff and stay on track with quarterly and annual enrollment goals and any subsequent goals intended to measure success
Create and implement a plan of action when quarterly and annual goals are off track
Gain high level competency in class bookings, scheduling, reporting and administrative functions as well as the Goldfish Swim School curriculum, swim lesson quality standards and safety standards
Must be able to swim, passing a basic swim test (50 yards) to earn your certification
All management team members will also obtain their Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
You will direct and oversee the implementation of the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and all safety procedures for the school
We require schedule availability that includes some weekday evenings (until 8:30pm) and at least one weekend (Saturday or Sunday) shift per workweek and the ability to work the same scheduled days every week (Ex. every Monday from 8:30-4:30)
