Job Description:

Assistant General Manager role for the pre-opening of Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown. A pivotal role in shaping the overall operation of the hotel, with involvement across all departments (Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Engineering). Part of the Executive Committee, juggling responsibilities in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage. Opportunity to help create unforgettable guest experiences in the vibrant Nashville culture.

Job Responsibility:

Financial involvement, including P&L and Budget controls, A/R, City and Guest Ledger
Handling of Accounts Payable/Petty Cash and Payroll
Supporting all Departments through active involvement
Maintaining compliance with all Brand standards
Playing a part in Revenue management
Contributing to the sales efforts and sales strategy of the hotel

Requirements:

Previous GM/AGM experience
Food & Beverage know-how
Availability to work nights and/or weekends
