Job Responsibility:

Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes' outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals
Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
Be the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team
Create a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome
Recruit, develop and retain top talent—you'll know how to build a dream team + pipeline future talent
Bring the Fun and keep the energy high, the service smooth, and the culture poppin'

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
Are excited by growth and ready to take the next step in your career
Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future leaders
Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all time
The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
