Job Description:

We are a team of Big Smiles and Small Egos. Sticks’n’Sushi is a family of restaurants, founded in Copenhagen over 30 years ago, that created a unique blend of cultures and culinary traditions. Job Responsibility:

Upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands
Coaching and developing other members of the team
Making people happy - guest and team alike
Ensuring one of the happiest teams in the business and guests that turn into regulars and regulars into friends

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy Manager in a high-volume restaurant
Track record of confidence and hospitality excellence
Eye for detail
Ability to uphold the highest standards
Great leader who cares about people
Nurturing approach to coaching and developing team members
'Ja Tak' attitude (Danish for 'Yes, thank you')
Embody 'Big smile, small ego' spirit
Genuine commitment to making people happy - guest and team alike
