Job Description:

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in managing daily operations
Connect with families and grow the community
Foster a coaching culture and support professional development of coaches
Deliver curriculum focused on cognitive, physical, and character development for kids aged 15 months to 11 years
Work with General Manager to call leads and grow the center
Have daily engagement with members, prospects and leads
Attend local events

Requirements:

Experience working with or coaching kids
Passion for child development
Stellar communication skills with both kids and parents
A positive, energetic attitude
CPR certification (or willingness to get one)
Ability to work in a physically active environment

Nice to have:

Previous management experience
