Job Description

The Assistant General Manager is a key leadership role in our organization. The primary objective of this role is to grow the centre’s member base. Duties include membership sales, lobby experience, member service, coaching, and overseeing ancillary revenue streams. KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old.

Job Responsibility

  • Enrolling members by helping facilitate and lead the Amazing Trial Experience and providing timely follow up with all trials who didn’t close in centre
  • Vetting trials scheduled for today and tomorrow
  • Delivering an exceptional lobby experience for trials and members
  • Bringing the 'hype' in the lobby
  • Responding in a timely manner to member service requests via phone, text and email
  • You are the lead for all ancillary revenue streams including camps, parents night out and birthday parties
  • Ensure proper staffing coverage and staff training for these programs
  • Growing the membership base and ancillary revenues
