Being an Assistant General Manager means being the heartbeat of the venue, leading with passion, precision, and purpose. You’ll be the driving force behind unforgettable guest experiences, a thriving team culture, and seamless operations that keep the energy high and the standards even higher. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the General Manager across both RAMONA & The Firehouse, stepping up to lead the business when needed, and inspiring your team to deliver world-class hospitality every single day. Job Responsibility:

Lead with Impact: Be the face of the venue, setting the tone and leading from the front. You’ll guide your team with confidence, clarity, and care
Create Culture: Build a safe, inclusive, and high-energy environment where feedback flows, passion thrives, and everyone feels part of something bigger
Drive Standards: From the vibe to the visuals, you’ll be relentless about quality, making sure every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves smiling
Coach & Develop: Mentor junior managers, support team growth, and champion continuous improvement through training, feedback, and development plans
Own the Numbers: Support financial performance through smart rota planning, stock control, and cost management, keeping the business sharp and profitable
Be the Connector: Collaborate across departments, communicate openly, and keep everyone aligned on goals, standards, and upcoming events
