Job Description:

Seeking a high-caliber Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join a leadership team of a property developer. As the AGM, you will bridge the gap between high-level vision and tactical execution, ensuring developments remain on schedule, within budget, and ahead of market trends.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Oversight: Monitor project milestones and KPIs to ensure construction, design, and marketing timelines are met
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in feasibility studies, land acquisition strategies, and the development of annual business plans
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee budget allocations, manage cash flow projections, and optimize ROI across the portfolio
  • Operational Leadership: Direct internal departments (Project Management, Sales, Legal, and Finance) to ensure seamless communication
  • Stakeholder Relations: Act as a primary liaison for joint venture partners, government authorities, and Tier-1 contractors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering
  • 15+ years in property development, proven track record in project leadership & also business unit head management
