Job Description

Four Seasons is currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant General Manager to help further the vision of providing exceptional service to all guests. Come be a part of a cohesive team with opportunities to build a successful career with global potential.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the General Manager and overseeing the Bourbon Steak Restaurant & Bar operations
  • selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching a team of diverse and talented employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
  • being visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting positive public relations, and handling concerns or special requests for guests

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in restaurant operations
  • genuine passion for Food and Beverage
  • ability to support the General Manager and oversee Bourbon Steak Restaurant & Bar operations by selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching a team
  • ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote positive public relations, and handle concerns or special requests for guests
  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management
  • flexible schedule
  • ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
