Assistant General Counsel - Data Privacy & Commercial. A global, growth-oriented organization is seeking an Assistant General Counsel - Data Privacy & Commercial to serve as the primary legal advisor on U.S. data privacy matters while also supporting a broad range of commercial legal needs. This newly created role partners closely with U.S. and global stakeholders and reports to an Associate General Counsel overseeing employment, commercial, and data privacy matters. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state privacy laws and a practical, business-focused approach. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative, agile attorney who enjoys building privacy programs and partnering closely with the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Advise on U.S. data privacy compliance and risk management
