In this key leadership role, you will support the Front Office Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office department. You will ensure exceptional guest service from arrival to departure, optimise room revenue, support team development, and maintain operational standards that reflect the high-quality guest experience Radisson Blu Cork is known for.
Job Responsibility:
Leading and motivating the Front Office and Nights teams
Supporting the check-in/check-out experience to ensure warmth, efficiency, and “Yes I Can!” service
Managing guest queries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
Maintaining strong communication with all hotel departments
Driving revenue opportunities and supporting sales initiatives
Monitoring billing accuracy, credit procedures, and night audit performance
Coaching, training, and developing team members
Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies
Supporting VIP, group, and event arrival coordination
Contributing to a culture built on care, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Previous experience in Front Office operations
Previous experience in a hospitality environment
A warm and professional demeanour with excellent communication skills
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire teams
A genuine passion for guest care and service excellence
