Assistant Front Office Manager

• Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Front Office team, including Reception, Night Audit, and Guest Services
• Ensure a smooth and professional check-in/check-out experience for all guests
• Lead, train, and support front office associates, ensuring Marriott brand standards are upheld
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly with a guest-focused approach
• Assist in scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Serve as a role model for exceptional service and team leadership
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to maintain efficient front desk operations

• Previous experience in a front office supervisory or assistant management role, ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Excellent guest service mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in Italian and English is required
• German is a strong plus
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and MGS
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
