Als Assistant Front Office Manager (m/w/d) Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel bist du Teil des Front Office Management Teams
Together with the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for employee management within your department and will be responsible for employee appraisals and the implementation of subject-related training courses
You will be the contact person for your team and take care of the creation of duty rosters and vacation planning
As an expert in your field, you know what our guests need and do everything you can to make their stay as memorable as possible
You know how to deal with guest complaints due to your expertise and always find a solution - you know that even negative impressions can be turned into positive memories with the right attitude
Requirements:
Completed training in the hotel industry
Several years of professional experience in a leading position in the front office
Proven experience in team leadership
Fluent in German and English
You keep a cool head even in complicated situations
A keen sense for the different needs of our complex and demanding guests
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of Opera is an advantage
A competent and authoritative appearance
