Job Description:

Entry level management position responsible for leading and assisting with daily shift requirements in Front Office operations, including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk. Responsibilities include ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, staff training, managing staffing levels, handling complaints, and implementing policies to enhance guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
advocates sound financial/business decision making
demonstrates honesty/integrity
leads by example
ensures guest and employee satisfaction
guides daily Front Desk shift operations
supervises staffing levels
ensures quality and standards are met
trains staff on credit policies and procedures
empowers employees to provide excellent customer service
resolves guest complaints
implements customer recognition/service program
monitors performance standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
no work experience required

understanding of guest needs
