Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara has an opening for an Assistant Front Desk Manager. The primary function of this role is to lead and support the Front Desk operations by delivering exceptional service and fostering a culture of excellence. This position ensures that every interaction reflects the character, integrity, and quality synonymous with Four Seasons, contributing to the long-term success and reputation of the Residence Club.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a warm, personalized welcome to owners and guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes
Handle VIP guests and special requests, ensuring all needs are met promptly and efficiently
Maintain thorough knowledge of Residence Club amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of Front Desk, Operator, and Guest Service Attendant teams, promoting a culture of excellence in guest service
Supervise adherence to Four Seasons Standards for Guest Services Attendants and Guest Experience Concierge
Prepare staff schedules and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines
Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness for owners and guests
Ensure consistent service techniques for check-in, check-out, and in-villa orientations
Utilize property management systems for complex check-in/out functions, reservations, room blocking, housekeeping status updates, posting adjustments, notes, and availability checks
Requirements:
1 year of progressive experience in Front Office or Guest Services management within a luxury hotel
Leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service and personalized hospitality
Solid understanding of hotel operations, including Front Office systems (e.g., Opera, Guest Engagement platforms)
Proven ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and grace
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
