Job Responsibility

  • Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees of the Front Desk during the overnight shift while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Front Desk to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
  • long-range strategic planning for outlet operation

Requirements

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management
  • two to three years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Rooms
  • flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, evening or overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
  • fluent in English
  • possess legal work authorization in the United States
