Job Responsibility:
Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees of the Front Desk during the overnight shift while ensuring guest satisfaction
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Front Desk to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
long-range strategic planning for outlet operation
Requirements:
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management
two to three years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Rooms
flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, evening or overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
fluent in English
possess legal work authorization in the United States
