Job Description:

Entry level management position responsible for leading and assisting with the successful completion of daily shift requirements in front office areas including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk. Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction and achieve the operating budget while assisting in completing financial and administrative responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise staffing levels
  • Train staff on credit policies
  • Supervise same day selling procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Implement customer recognition programs
  • Support human resource activities
  • Conduct training
  • Participate in employee performance appraisal

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with no work experience required
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • Financial/business decision making

  • Ability to coach and counsel employees
  • Understanding of Front Office operations
  • Knowledge of credit policies and procedures
