Job Description:

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager position at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa. Responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, managing employees, maintaining service and sanitation standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing financial aspects of the department. Part of Marriott International's luxury portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

Supervises daily restaurant operations
Assists with menu planning
Maintains sanitation standards
Assists servers and hosts during peak meal periods
Manages employees and day-to-day operations
Reviews staffing levels
Leads food and beverage team
Ensures compliance with food & beverage policies and standards
Ensures exceptional customer service
Handles guest problems and complaints
Manages human resource activities
Oversees financial aspects including purchasing and payment of invoices

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
