Job Responsibility:
Assist the F&B Manager in achieving efficient operation of all F&B departments optimising the highest standards of product & service whilst maximising profitability
Ensure F&B areas have staff, equipment, facilities and raw materials for proper operational execution
Make recommendations and plan changes to product, experience and service standards to maximise customer experience
Support the F&B Manager in ensuring F&B departments and personnel operate to maximise revenues and control costs
Supervise and organise all F&B employees, facilities, equipment and raw materials to ensure highest standards of product preparation, presentation and service
Ensure all F&B staff have training, equipment, facilities and resources to properly complete duties
Provide and ensure staff provide outstanding customer service and guest relations
Make recommendations to senior management on aspects of the Club that could improve Guest Satisfaction
Ensure compliance with accounting, control and financial procedures
Ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures regarding employment, licensing, hygiene, health and safety, and gaming
Foster coordination and communication with all departments
Establish and maintain a positive and effective working environment
Understand profit and loss, financials
Drive sales and marketing activities
Deputise in absence of F&B Manager
Manage food and wet GP, own stocks, create action plans
Be conversant with Club & Company Fire, Security, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Financial, HR policies, operational procedures & service standards, facilities, attractions, marketing promotions, and Licensing Regulations
Requirements:
Aged 18 or above
Right to work in the UK
Understanding of the London market
Eye for details and operational standards and excellence
Flexibility to work nights, evenings, weekends and shifts
Spend large portion of shift on feet working directly with the public
