We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Banquets to help lead our Banquets team in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, motivate, train, and develop banquet employees and supervisors
  • Maintain a visible presence during operations to support staff and deliver outstanding guest service
  • Coordinate event setup and execution based on Banquet Event Orders
  • Partner closely with Catering and Conference Services teams to ensure all event details are flawlessly delivered
  • Oversee labor management, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and cost control
  • Participate in operational meetings to support interdepartmental collaboration
  • Monitor banquet facilities and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and recommending improvements
  • Uphold Four Seasons’ work rules, standards of conduct, and service culture
  • Support physical setups, service execution, and operational cleaning as needed

Requirements

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
  • College degree in hospitality/restaurant management or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant manager in Banquets or other F&B outlets
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, cost and labor control, merchandising, maintenance, and accounting
  • Proficiency with F&B systems and computer equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency
