Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is looking for Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage. An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence, exudes creativity and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does!

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the general manager of the restaurant with food and beverage operations with a focus on Terra and Terra Bar operations
  • Takes a hands-on approach at times working side by side while ensuring the team is meeting all Four Seasons Standards
  • Strong ability to be visible during events providing recognition and good public relations in guest concerns or special requests
  • Monitor and assess products and services and keep up and ahead of event trends and ideas
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in recruitment, interviewing and training team members
  • If needed, this individual will help in the rest of F&B resort outlets and/or will be eligible to go for task-force to help other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Requirements:

  • 2+ years upscale dining experience, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits)
  • Strong business acumen to ensure all expenses are controlled and meeting budget to create strong and innovative revenue generating ideas and maximize profits
