As the hotel's Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations. This includes recruiting. managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. You'll be responsible for the two restaurrant outlets - Holiday Inn branded menu & Firin - our turkish restaurant with an average of 250 covers per days across the two. Aswell as breakfast, room service & the 3 meeting rooms spaces. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a deep knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices. You'll always work with Aimbridge’s four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.

Requirements
Prior experience in food and beverage management or a related field
A deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices
You’ll be an inspirational leader with first class communication, and organisational skills
