Join our dynamic team at Cottons Hotel & Spa a 4-star Hotel renowned for exceptional service and our award-winning one-rosette restaurant. We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help oversee all F&B operations across our hotel. From breakfast service to banqueting dinners, you’ll ensure every detail is perfect and every guest leaves delighted.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the F&B Manager in running all F&B departments: restaurant, bar, room service, conferences, and events
  • Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence
  • Lead and inspire the food & beverage team across restaurant, bar, and events operations
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance, and guest satisfaction
  • Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards
  • Monitor budgets, stock control, and labour costs while driving sales through upselling and promotions
