Job Responsibility

Support the Management team in running all F&B departments across all properties: restaurant, bar, room service, conferences, events, pub service
Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments
Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence
Lead and inspire the food & beverage team
Drive operational excellence, compliance, and guest satisfaction
Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards
Monitor budgets, stock control, and labour costs while driving sales through upselling and promotions
