We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Banquets Operation to take charge of our event operations at Pier One Sydney Harbour— If you’re all about creating epic events, leading a high-energy team, and delivering next-level service, this is your chance!

Job Responsibility:

Own the Banquet Scene – Run the show for all banquet events, ensuring smooth setups, top-tier service, and an unbeatable guest experience
Lead & Inspire – Build a strong, motivated team that’s all about collaboration, passion, and delivering wow moments
Work with Culinary Pros – Partner with chefs and F&B teams to create standout dining experiences
Manage the Numbers – Keep costs in check while maximizing revenue and efficiency
Stay on Top of It All – Handle logistics, coordinate schedules, and make sure every event is executed to perfection

Requirements:

Experience in banquet operations, event management, or F&B leadership
A people-first leader who knows how to motivate, coach, and bring out the best in a team
Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
A problem-solver who can think on their feet and make quick decisions
