Job Description

My client is a global leader in cloud computing and AI, they are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee the regulatory landscape across Europe

Job Responsibility

  • Manage financial compliance, tax filings and statutory reporting across key Europe markets
  • Serve as the primary contact point of external auditors, legal counsel and countries tax authorities to ensure seamless audits and inquiries
  • Identify potential compliance risks, implement regional finance policies, and stay ahead of evolving IFRS and local GAAP regulations
  • Drive high-standard reconciliations, maintain meticulous compliance records, and provide documentation for internal and external reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
  • With CPA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred
  • With at 4 years experience in financial compliance, audit or accounting
  • Strong technical proficiency in IFRS and at least one major European local GAAP
  • Fluent in speaking English, Mandarin is a must
