Assistant Finance Manager

• Lead US accounting operations including financial transaction recording under US GAAP
• manage month-end and year-end closing procedures
• prepare financial statements and reporting packages
• collaborate with US-based service providers and internal teams
• support regulatory filings including US federal and state tax filings
• provide accounting and reporting support for international entities
• manage intercompany transactions
• support audit processes and ad-hoc projects
• enhance accounting processes and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA
• significant experience in an accounting role, especially with expertise in US GAAP
• proven experience working with US-based companies
• strong understanding of US corporate tax principles
• proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems
• exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work autonomously and manage priorities efficiently
• willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with US-based teams
• prior experience in the payments or fintech industry would be a plus
