Job Responsibility:
Drive Financial Performance of the Home Care Category
Provide Decision Support and Timely Analysis on High-Value Business Priorities
Accountable for the P&L, Movements, and Gaps to Business Targets
Provide support in financial simulations like Pricing, Savings, Promo Investment, Innovations
Deep-dive Risks and Opportunities for consistent and profitable Growth
Collaborate with cross-functional and other finance teams to implement financial plans
ensure accurate and timely reporting of HC financial results
Conduct financial modeling (financial scenarios) and analysis to support business decisions
Prepare the Innovation/Renovation Business Cases and monitor the annual/YTD performance of the new products
Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local & Global Business Teams
Support Annual and Long-Term Business Planning
Support New Product Launches & Post-Launch Evaluation
Portfolio Mix Improvements and Saving Initiatives
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills, Excel modelling skills and attention to detail
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to work fluidly with ambiguity, and to multi-task
Strong engagement, presentation and communication skills
Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
Ability to work fluidly with data across systems and reporting tools
Experience in driving process simplification and improvements
