You will be responsible for managing Management Information Systems (MIS), reports, data accuracy, and documentation to support smooth property operations. You will work closely with the Property Manager, Technical Manager, and operations teams to ensure timely reporting, compliance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to engineering operations, soft services, vendors, SLAs, KPIs, energy consumption, and cost sheets
Maintaining and updating trackers for assets, PPM schedules, breakdowns, AMC/CAMC, defect liability period (DLP), and statutory compliance
Monitoring SLA & KPI performance of JLL and outsourced vendors and sharing variance analysis with the management team
Coordinating with technical, admin, finance, and vendor teams to collect accurate data for reports and invoices
Ensuring timely submission of invoices, cost sheets, attendance records, and supporting documents
Maintaining records for vendor quotations, purchase orders, agreements, renewals, and payment follow-ups
Preparing energy consumption reports, monthly meter readings, and trend analysis to support energy conservation initiatives
Maintaining logbooks, checklists, history cards, DMR, MMR, and other engineering/operations reports
Supporting audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks by providing accurate MIS and documentation
Tracking customer service requests/complaints data and sharing insights for service improvement
Scheduling and recording minutes of monthly vendor meetings and tracking corrective action closures
Assisting the Property Manager / Technical Manager in risk assessments, RCA documentation, and corrective/preventive action tracking
Ensuring data accuracy, version control, and timely circulation of reports to regional RO/HO/SME teams
Supporting ERT/QRT documentation, mock drill reports, and safety-related MIS under the slogan “No Safety No Work.”
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Commerce preferred)
2–4 years of experience as an MIS Executive / Coordinator in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Hotel, or Construction industry
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards
Good communication and coordination skills
