Job Description:

Assistant Finance Business Partner - Levy Ireland Permanent. Are you a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams? We’re looking for an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting operational leaders with financial insight, analysis, and performance management. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your finance career within a fast-paced hospitality and events environment, where finance is a true partner to the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Finance Business Partner with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Produce and analyse weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Provide commercial insight to operational teams to support decision-making
  • Monitor cost controls, labour spend, and operational margins
  • Assist with month-end processes, including variance analysis and reporting
  • Work closely with venue leadership to ensure financial targets are understood and achieved
  • Support business cases, investment proposals, and financial modelling
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in a finance analyst, management accounts, or assistant finance business partner role
  • Progress toward a professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working with financial systems and Excel
