Job Description

Due to continued growth, Creagh Concrete is seeking a proactive Assistant Supervisor to join our production team in Toomebridge. Supporting the Factory Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily production while taking direct responsibility for Quality Control and Inventory Management to ensure our precast solutions meet the highest industry standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Operational Support: Assist in supervising and coordinating factory personnel during daily production to meet delivery schedules
  • Quality Control (QC): Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure all precast products meet structural and aesthetic standards, ensuring the site remains “audit ready” at all times
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials and finished goods to meet production requirements and maximise resource efficiency
  • Safety & Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production

Requirements

  • Experience: Preferable experience in a supervisory or team lead role
  • QC Knowledge: A strong eye for detail with experience in product verification and quality assurance

  • Leadership: Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production targets
