Job Responsibility

  • Act as the main liaison between tenants and the facilities management team, addressing day-to-day inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and service delivery for building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and common areas)
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance and quality
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, tenant communications, and facility-related documentation
  • Support budget tracking, procurement processes, and sustainability initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (property management, leasing, security) to deliver a seamless tenant experience

Requirements

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or corporate facilities management
  • Proven ability to manage tenant relationships and resolve facility-related issues efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of building operations, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
