Assistant Facilities Manager – Technical role within Integrated Facilities Management – Corporate Solutions (APAC, India). The role involves overcoming engineering challenges, shaping a system of best practices, and working closely with the chief engineer.
Job Responsibility:
Uphold excellence and high standards in preventive maintenance programs and conservation practices
Monitor M&E projects for quality and timely delivery
Deliver complete and accurate facility management reports
Provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services
Contribute to hitting financial targets and other goals
Achieve key performance indicators and meet service level agreements
Manage on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance
Prepare the list of critical spares for all installations based on manufacturers’ recommendations
Plan the maintenance inventory
Prevent machine failures of critical equipment
Implement a pre-emptive maintenance programme
Ensure logbooks, checklists and schedules are upkeep and current
Arrange ad-hoc M&E set ups based on client requirements
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in engineering, ideally electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
Three to seven years of experience in facilities management
Ability to work as part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor expertise
