The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Assistant Food & Beverage Reservationist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is organized, driven, and who can communicate accurately and efficiently. This position reports to the F&B Reservationist.
Job Responsibility:
Handles calls, chats, emails, and reservation inquiries for an assigned restaurant outlet
Learns outlet-specific menus, reservation policies, seating arrangements, and operational standards
Assists guests with restaurant reservations and basic inquiries in a professional manner
Updates guest profiles and reservation information accurately in the system
Supports online reservation management through various booking platforms
Coordinates with restaurant teams regarding guest requests and operational updates
Maintains accurate records and communication logs
Participates in structured outlet training and operational assessments
Rotates to additional outlets upon successful completion of required training and evaluation
Supports team operations and maintains a professional working environment
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English and Korean (written and verbal)
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop operational knowledge
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
