We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of our Food & Beverage operation and contribute to the continued success of our award-winning restaurants. This role offers a unique opportunity to be actively involved in the continued development of Pelagos our Michelin Star Restaurant and its guest experience, while also supporting the opening and management of the Zolotas summer concept. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage leadership team, you will help drive operational excellence, team engagement, service consistency, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a hospitality professional with a strong leadership presence, a hands-on approach, and a genuine passion for developing people and elevating service standards. Through your contribution, you will play an important role in shaping the next chapter of our dining experiences while upholding the exceptional standards of Four Seasons.
Job Responsibility
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in the outlet, to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
Control labour and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit
The ability to be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons
Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
Plan schedules & ensure high employee performance
Lead and motivate the teams under his/her responsibility always promoting the ‘golden rule’
Exceed guest expectations wherever possible and assist in creating memorable experiences to all of our guests
Requirements
Previous leadership experience within a luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant environment
Strong operational knowledge of Food & Beverage service and restaurant management
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while balancing operational priorities and business objectives
Excellent command of the English language
